2. What do FM and FB mean?
Prices are given in FB (Delivery to Beneficiary) and FM (Store Price). There are some cases when we cannot provide the transport, through our agent, if we have too many orders, or the destination is far from us, then we send you via Fan Courier with the FM prices (Store Price) and you pay the transport
3. Can we receive the goods with payment later?

For those customers who are new, the delivery is made with payment on the spot, and if we continue to collaborate together in the future, we can leave the goods for a period of 30 days and pay with the CEC tab. But a longer time must pass to get to know us better.
4. I want to order under 300 lei, why do I have to pay extra?
The minimum order is 300 lei, because we are producers and we want to promote large traders (wholesalers). If you want to order under 300 Lei, a 30% commercial surcharge is added to the manufacturer's price, and between September 1 and December 31, the commercial surcharge is 100%. We advise all our customers to try to order over 300 lei. Thank you very much for your understanding.

6. How to order on the website?
On our website you can order through the website (where you get a 2% discount for the entire range of products) but you have to register.
To register, do the following steps:
Press the "My Account" button on the top right, between "My Basket" and "Favorites"
Fill in the blank spaces with your data, those marked with "*"=stars are required (choose a valid e-mail to activate the account).
At the end, press "Register"... then go to your e-mail where you will receive a confirmation message and activate the account.
After registration you must:
Choose the products you want to order after which, check the box that you have read the terms of service, and press "Continue with Completing Orders", followed by the "Place Order" button.
If the order was successfully registered with us, you will receive the message: "Thank you. I received your order. ” If something went wrong, up in a black table you will receive information to be able to order successfully.

7. How to order more easily and quickly on the website?
If you add products to "Favorites", when you enter your account you can always review and order more easily and quickly. Attention, you must log in with your account to be able to permanently save products to Favorites.
Next to the selected product press the heart, in this way you can add the chosen product to your favorites.
8. How to get discount?
1. If you buy over 1,000 lei + VAT, you get a 3% discount, over 2,000 lei + VAT you get a 5% discount, over 3,000 lei + VAT, you get an 8% discount, over 4,000 lei + VAT, you get a 10% discount. over 10,000 lei+VAT, you have an 11% discount, over 30,000 lei +VAT you have a 12% discount, over 60,000 lei+VAT, you have a 13% discount, on the entire range of products, with payment on the spot, on the fiscal invoice ( not tax receipt).
2. You also receive an additional 2% discount if you buy through our website. 3. If you buy products in promotions, you can receive both three discounts, i.e. the discount for the product under promotion, and the discount from point 1 (Over 1000 lei + VAT – 3%; over 2000 lei + VAT – 5%,… etc.), as well as the 2% discount if you buy through the website.
9. If I order through the website or by phone, am I sure I will receive the order?

12. When do I receive the "Made to Order" products?
For the products that are marked "To order", we either do not have them in stock or we have a reduced stock, but you can order them from us, for these products, the production time is from 3 days to 20 working days. It all depends on the desired quantity, previous orders and lead time.
